The parish council looks after two open
spaces in the district.

The Village Green at Dunsden forms the centre of the parish. A well there once provided the only source of water. A war memorial nearby is the location for the annual Remembrance Sunday service.

At Sonning Eye the parish council cares for Furleigh Bank beside the Thames. It is a popular spot for picnics and fishing and there is a small slipway suitable for the launching of canoes.

We also have a responsibility and interest in the continued good state of footpaths in the parish, of which a map is available.
